The Evening’s Schedule
- Doors Open: 4:30 pm (Full bar available for drink purchases)
- Live Music: 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm by Sam Gauthier
- Dinner Service: Begins promptly at 6:30 pm

4-Course Menu & Wine Pairing
- Appetizer: Stuffed Mushrooms with Garlic, Shallot, Cream Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, & Panko Crumbs
- Soup & Salad: Loaded Potato Soup & Warm Bread; Mixed Greens Salad with apples, feta, candied nuts, and raspberry vinaigrette
- Entrée (Choice of): *4 oz Beef Tenderloin with Asparagus & Cabernet Reduction OR *Crab Pasta with Lemon White Wine Sauce, Cherry Tomatoes & Shaved Parmesan
- Dessert: Triple Delight Chocolate Mousse Tart, garnished with Chantilly Cream, Fresh Berries, & Shaved Dark Chocolate

- Members: $80 plus tax per person
- Non-Members (Guests of members): $100 plus tax per person
- (Price includes 22% gratuity on food and wine. Taxes and service fee added at purchase.)
